1. About These Terms
Welcome to StayMee.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StayMee website, pre-launch services, forms, communications, programs, content, and related online services operated under the StayMee name ("StayMee", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the StayMee website ("Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or submit information through it.
These Terms are intended to apply to StayMee's current pre-launch website and may be supplemented or replaced by additional terms when StayMee launches its marketplace, booking, payment, partner, traveler, transportation, experience, or other services.
2. What StayMee Is
StayMee is being developed as a Nepal-focused travel marketplace designed to connect travelers with accommodation providers, experiences, travel-related businesses, and other participating partners.
StayMee's vision is to provide travelers with a more connected way to discover places and travel services in Nepal while helping local businesses reach and serve travelers.
The Website currently serves primarily as a pre-launch and information platform.
At this stage, the Website may provide:

Any product interfaces, marketplace screens, destination examples, property examples, demonstrations, illustrations, or other materials shown on the Website are for demonstration, informational, or promotional purposes and may not represent currently available inventory.
A product preview does not constitute an offer to sell or a confirmation that any particular property, experience, service, destination, price, or availability will be available when StayMee launches.
4. Future Marketplace Services
When the StayMee marketplace launches, additional terms may apply to:
- accommodation bookings;
- experiences and activities;
- transportation or mobility services;

StayMee may publish separate Booking Terms, Partner Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policies, Payment Terms, Community Guidelines, or other service-specific policies before those services become available.
Where applicable, those additional terms will govern the relevant transaction or service.
5. Eligibility
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law.
If you submit information on behalf of another person, business, organization, or entity, you represent that you have the authority to provide that information and act on its behalf.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading.

- create a booking;
- create an account for the future marketplace unless expressly stated;
- guarantee early access;
- guarantee any discount or promotion;

- guarantee availability of any property or experience; or
- create any contractual obligation for StayMee to launch by a particular date.
You may unsubscribe from promotional or optional communications at any time using the available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us.
7. Founding Traveler Program
StayMee may invite travelers to participate in an early community or Founding Traveler program.
Participation may include providing optional information about:

- any specific benefit.
Any specific Founding Traveler benefit will be subject to the terms communicated for that benefit.

Depending on the program terms communicated to an applicant, benefits may include:
- introductory commission terms;

- other benefits expressly stated by StayMee.
Any promotional offer, including an introductory 0% commission offer, is subject to the applicable Founding Partner program terms, eligibility requirements, qualifying bookings, and any stated limitations.

Founding Partner participation does not guarantee bookings, revenue, customers, ranking, visibility, search placement, or any minimum level of business.
Submitting a partner application does not guarantee acceptance.
StayMee may review applications based on factors including, without limitation:
- business type;
- location;
- service quality;
- legal and regulatory requirements;
- availability of relevant information;
- operational suitability;
- traveler demand;
- marketplace requirements; and

17. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, social-media platforms, payment providers, analytics providers, or other external services.
These third parties operate independently from StayMee.

20. Travel Providers and Future Marketplace Partners
When StayMee launches its marketplace, accommodation providers, experience operators, transportation providers, and other businesses may independently provide services through the platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, StayMee will act as a technology platform and/or intermediary connecting travelers with participating providers.
The underlying travel service may be provided by an independent partner.
Future marketplace terms will explain:
- the role of StayMee;

- cancellation;
- refunds;
- changes;
- partner responsibilities;

Nothing in these pre-launch Terms creates a booking or service contract for a future travel service.
21. Promotions and Offers
StayMee may announce promotional programs, early-access benefits, Founding Partner benefits, discounts, introductory commission arrangements, or other incentives.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, each offer is subject to its own terms.
